Thanks i'll pass that on. Should make for an interesting christmas when that comes out
It depends on how original they are. But they do fetch really good money Anything from £750 to £1000.
I sold one about 10 years ago for £450 which was fully restored and in the same condition as mine which is shown on the forum.
Cheers, Ade.
Are these the same as a WW2 BSA folding bicycle? Only asking because i know a chap who bought a shipping container FULL of them from India a couple of years ago.
Regards, Ned.

Hi Ned, yes BSA Parabikes.
Many went to India while others migrated to the USA.

Cheers, Ade.
When I first looked at the front forks I thought that they were off a James ML, on looking again I see thy are not. All the missing parts that Aide lists are the very hard ones to find. As an aside a friend of mine has just bought at Beuleigh auto jumble a World War 1 BSA folding bike. Next time I go to his place I will take some pictures and post them. John.
I think the front forks are from a German NSU motorbike if that helps anyone
I remember these were on sale at H J Knees of Bradford on Avon for 10/- (50p) in 1948. I remember BEGGING my Mum to buy one for me so that I could get a paper round but we were (like most at that time) strapped for cash.
The front forks look like Autocycle forks and the handlebar extensions and clamps are Royal Enfield WD items.
I had an old James Motor Army Cycle, 1943, whilst on Cyprus in the 80's.
The suspension is definately from this model.
