Article about: So... it's been a while since my last post. Here's something for your attention; any ideas from what this could be?

    Howdy there,

    What could those be?
Some kind of AFV bogie wheel assembly perhaps? I don't know about the bottom pictures.

Looks like 7,5 cm PAK ammo container and two MG 7.92 belt-ammo boxes
I believe it is a canister for a 37mm HE round, possibly for the PAK
35/36 at gun. I have one of the guns in my collection, along with spent rounds.

Hi Dick, I think you might have missed seeing the other photo of the lid, as it is marked 75mm.

    Cheers, Ade.

Check out this beauty. Original paint, confirmed by Stephane, jerrycan, and with waffenamt stamp and red 20 marking.

Phil, this one was sold for $595

Never heard of fake or fantasy jerry cans; that would be too much!!!

I have had one of these for many years, and I believe it is real, as the price I paid back then, wouldn't be worth making repro's of them.

SS Jerricans are very real and not fantasy. Mine originally came from a farm in Normandy for £5.

But they are now repro'ed in the Czech Republic. Funny thing was in their original (fake) production run they got the Runes back to front and came out as a mirror image!

    Cheers, Ade.

Do you know the very first one I managed to get (2years ago) cost me £20, and it was real, and I sold it straight on for £30, and he sold it on for £200, I thought mine was the Czech one,but it turned out that it was real. That'll teach me to rush!
