i was checking up and old house in one of the fjord's here in Norway wich was used by agent's sending information to England.When i went up to the attic this little thing turned up that maybe can confirm the story that i heard

Not a rare item, but still nice to discover.

Being RAF marked it is a little harder to find than an Army or ARP version.

Again this was something that about ten years ago, there were loads of, at most shows and fairs, dealers always seemed to have these shell dressing, but I must say again not such an easy find these days.

I do not think a radio operator would have any an item marked by the British military.

I don't know,it's only a story but what i do know is that in the same area there where drops from England...buuuut how this turned up in the house i can only guess

No it's only story's going on but i will check more up there
It shure is beatiful,and yes there where and still is a huge u-boat bunker here in Bergen.
