I don't recognise them as either German or Soviet: but I do like the look of them. It would appear they are designed to be worn as a liner given the lack of fly buttons etc.

I was cleaning out some boxes making ready for a trip to the dumpster when I decided to make another little try to Id these trousers before binning them... I am soooo glad I did coz they turn out to be german ww2!!

Nazi Quilted Uniform Trousers (Liner)
Found a pair which are very similar!..
I have a set similar and you can smell the paper they used late war for insulation! These I haven't dragged out of my junk pile for some time! mine are made of the same cotton/rayon mix as the winter tan water winter outfit
It is to wear under the camo uniform. Price 120 € pour the two parts.
