possible P51 Mustang wing lights

Article about: Hi guys, I found these new old stock (NOS) lights recently for \\$20. The seller had them as "old plane lights - suitable as replacement for trailer or caravan"...... I had a laugh!

    Hi guys,
    I found these new old stock (NOS) lights recently for $20. The seller had them as "old plane lights - suitable as replacement for trailer or caravan"...... I had a laugh!

    Anyway, I've done some image searches and I think they are Mustang. Any of our aircraft experts confirm or correct please?

    Go to page 234 and try to understand the figure and index numbers ,but i think that you're correct.

    usually referred to as formation lights. Usually mounted on the underside of the wing usually at the tip.

    Now you just need the Mustang to put them on Dan. Keep searching, I'm sure one will turn up!
