Rare maker WH buckle?

I'm selling this original WH buckle with its original belt (95cm). I found this some years ago in a barn in Belgium, so I know its a good one, and it was untouched.
When I looked closer yesterday at the Hesteller I noticed I never seen this Hersteller before. Is it a rare maker, or do I just don't know enough about them?
It reads on the buckle Dr F & Co
The tab is also stamped.

Hello!
Dr. Franke & Co, Lüdenscheid was the producer of buckles!
But i only know this, with the year of the prodution under the stamp!!!!!
On this photo, i don't see the year!!!
Take a look together and tell me!!!

The date on the tab is very faint, I'll have to oil it a bit to see if I can make it visible. I have a bid of 70 euros on the buckle and belt, but I think I'll hang on to it a bit longer for that price.
