I see no indication that these are military-related...My thoughts are that these are for Agricultural purposes...They aren't tow-hooks, they're rope-hooks, I believe...

Agree. Or maybe for to hold tackle attached to a plow or wagon or beam in a barn. The forged rounded ones would indicate to me that it was used for rope or leather. I have a 200 year old barn and while all cleaned out of old broken farm implements, at one point I have see similar shapes attached to equipment.
The cast iron one looks from the early 20th or late 19th century
