US WW1-2, Korea, Vietnam grouping

Hello, thank you all. The family rightfully keep all medals, docs and pics. Here is a pic of him and one of his father from WW1. He was involved in Operation Starlight and was one of the initial ones landing at Da Nang.Best, Bill
The WW1 photo with the awards contains a medal most people are not familiar with. It the silver rectangular award with the pale blue ribbon. This is actually an American Legion Award called "The Forty and the Eight". It was apparently for higher ranking members of the American Legion. Made out of Sterling silver. This "group" within the American Legion was called La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux (The Society of Forty Men and Eight Horses) which was represented by the French Railroad boxcar they road in during WW1. Members were called Voyageurs Militaire and candidates were called Prisonniers de Guerre.
