What is this for..Fourth Armored Div plaque named to Zawadzki

I was given this pewter plaque , 3 inch by 2 and a half approx. and I wondered if anyone knew what it was for. It looks like a Franklin Mint item to me or a photo holder, a modern item in my opinion. Any help appreciated as always and thanks in advance for any info . I was told that the Zawadski was a Michal born 1914 - 1987 and buried locally. Thanks ! Neil.
