the second helmet might be Bulgarian M51 - Italian helmets had rivets with a hole.
You can still find brand new para helmets - Polish and East German issue for $100

I'm not sure about the grommets actually, I have looked a few around the forum just now and can't say one way or the other. I must admit these are a bit outside of my field. It seems the shape of the chinstrap bales and the stitching in the leather are important too.

your helmets look like they might have came from these left over helmets used in the Iran Iraq war

they have the look of long term storage somewhere in the deserts of the middle east
