Default Aircraft Canopy - explosive cord?

I bought this canopy from a fellow who said it was from an F-4. Then someone else told me it is definitely not from an F-4. Then someone suggested it could be from a glider or experimental aircraft. I see remnants of embedded "explosive cord?" indicating it may be from a military aircraft, but I can't find any canopies with this pattern. The canopy is 66" long, 33" wide, and about 20" deep. Does anyone know what aircraft this canopy came from?
