It is amazing that it did not catch on fire! As bad as it is, it could have been much worse. Let's hope that they were not home when it happened...
Heinkel He 111 B-2 FFS C 12 Stammkennzeichen DA+AZ Flugzeugfubrerschule C 12 WNr 1120 and based Prague-Ruzyne crashed on take-off into near by houses.

Some Google-fu tells me that is the HE111 with the factory no. 1120.
Assigned to the Flugzeugführerschule C12 [Pilots' training school C12] at Prague - Ruzyně, it crashed shortly after take-off on 15 July 1941, hitting some nearby houses.
