Anybody know the name of this Luftwaffe guy?

Hi guys, I was searching a site and this was one of the pictures. The man looks to be of higher rank, maybe a General? And thought maybe one of you knew his name? excuse the little caption thing also

this man is an NCO...pooch's name is AHHNOLD,,,,

He is an NCO, judging by the 'litzen' on his collar. ( Sergeant, perhaps ? )
There is a 'Radio Operator' badge under his EKI.

Not up on Luft rank but he only has three little 'wings' on the collar insignia, which looks
quite dark in the photo, so I'd think he was not Aircrew as that colour is yellow,
and would appear 'white' in a B&W photo.

Officers have braided silver cord leaves surrounding the 'wings', and twisted silver wire
surrounding the collar patches. Also, officers wear silver braided cord chinstraps.

General Officers have gold braided wire/cord.
