    The Blc code identifies them as being made by Carl Zeiss and they are certainly wartime military binoculars. They were used on the U-boats and this particular type-although they are missing their rubber fittings-are apparently quite scarce and valuable as shown by the link for a pair here:

    I couldn't find anything, tought it was French a one point, strange for a German item it as so little markings...

    Hi Stuka,
    Yes certainly blc made kriegsmarine binoculars,they came in three types,early war then middle and then late,the blc denotes they were made by zeiss,the rarest ones are the ones by cxn or emil baushe they can fetch a lot of money seven in poor condition
