Iron cross pendants, iron cross rings, swastika pendants, swastika rings, and etc.

I even heard The Nazis even wore a skull ring with the SS symbols on them, that Joseph Goebbels designed and wore, but it was on the Internet.

In that case yes. Jewellery was worn worldwide then and now and it's fair to expect that some of the jewellery worn was based on patriotic symbols and in Germany at this time, the swastika.
There are many examples of wartime jewellery to be found from the exquisite and expertly made to the crude frontline designs.
I don't know about the Goebbels ring or are you thinking about the SS Totenkopf Honour Ring?

Yes, I meant the "SS Totenkopf Honour Ring", can you tell me more about it?

Was it really deigned by Joseph Goebbels?

No, that would be Otto Gahr under Heinrich Himmler's direction.

    Bob,
I always thought the ring was designed by Karl Maria Wiligut and made by the Otto Gahr company? Can you clarify for me please?
