Unfortunately all of my butter knives do not apply since they are military :P, and I do not have any freshly baked bread, but one trip to my grandmothers house will fix that!

This would be my favorite, a German export 50-60's US Scout knife
What knife, is the one in the blue box it looks very nice.
I have done a lot of hunting and my main knife i have had for the last 5 yrs is the Buck 119. I have thrashed this knife, killed a lot and its had so much use. Dropped on the rocks, cutting fishing line on the rocks and stays sharp for a long time. Best of all it feels so good in the and ( well balanced).

As for multi-tools , I have a leatherman Wave , and like it a lot . You can get the blades out , one handed without opening the whole thing up . And the handle doesn't pinch when you hold it tight .
