I am a fan of pea dot and flecktarn. Pea dot is visually appealing and flecktarn is very useful for airsoft in the woods of Western Pennsylvania.

Nick, you just gave me a wonderful idea for my war room.

My favorite has always been the French Lizard Pattern of 1953 that was worn in Vietnam by the French, ARVN, and early U.S. advisors. I put up a photo of an advisor wearing a mix of tiger stripe and Lizard. Advisors bought the Lizard when camo uniforms were scarce in country in the early part of the 1960s. It is hard to find original examples and thats why I have always liked it but I'll probably never own an original salty example from nam.

I must say my favourite is still the good old Splittertarn. I think a Feldbluse looks horrible in Splittertarn, but the field gear like the M31 Zeltbahn/Poncho is just great. It's a early patern too!
Did I ever mention I saw a oil painting done by a POW'er in a camp (was hanging in a museum), and the owner of the museum turned it arround to show the back of the painting; it was painted on a large piece of Zeltbahn, in Splittertarn. Great piece!
