hello everyone - thanks for all your kind wishes, i'm really overwhelmed with responce thank you!
the lates update - now that i'm home i'm catching up on all the forums etc, i've been out to lunch today and have been out and about.
i'm still fairly fragile and due to the nature of the tumour the main nerve to the right side of my face had to be severed but the swelling the surgery caused in my face is almost gone. so at the moment i'm feeling great and looking forward to the next 2nd guards event at the derby arms fair!
