Some nice US Air Force items.. Post WW2 as you have already mentioned and the 2 medals were ID'd by Phil...
The ribbons you have from top to bottom are:
Overseas service (Long Term)
Small Arms Expert Marksmanship
Training Ribbon with Oak Leaf Cluster
Air Force Good Conduct
Overseas service (Long Term)
National Defense Service
Air Force Commendation'
And the ribbon that is attached to the ribbon bar is the Longevity Service Award..
The large enamel round badge is for an instructor at one of the Air Force schools. I would guess by the officer rank you have ( Captains bars) that this person was an instructor at the Air Force Academy in Colorado...
The smaller silver buttons are uniform buttons worn on the Air Force dress uniform.. Looks like you also have some civilian cuff links in the mix as well as an Air Force tie clasp..
