Default Graybeards (a story for old bikers)

Old bikers all sometimes refered to as "Graybeards". When I first started riding, I was
always intrigued by the tales of the old Graybeard bikers. The stories of wild days gone by.

Well today I think I offically became one. I rode my wideglide to work today. It was a
nice hour long, uneventful putt through rural Wisconsin and Minnesota. I made it
to work and as I was just getting off the bike and getting it squared away, our new guy
came over to talk to me and check out my bike. Here is the conversation that followed.

    Him--
    " I'm impressed ! "

    Me--
    "Oh?"

    Him--
"Yep, I'm impressed to see an old fart like you still riding without a windshield."

    Me--
    "F-U"

and that is all that was said.
Now while I don't like the fact that I am not as young as I once was and that I
could almost be this guys dad.---I felt kind of good that I am becoming what I had
looked up to 35 years ago.

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them
