They seem to be flying really low, do they usually fly that low?

Well they're definately Dakotas and judging by the height of the jump ,about 800-1000 feet, theres also a couple of Daks with their wheels down for some reason, im thinking its a pre D-day jump as their are no black or white invasion stripes
