It's not some kind of pseudo-medieval SS shrine thing at Wewelsburg or somewhere like that is it? If so it was probably blown up or destroyed in 1945.

Perhaps a Beer Hall Putsch memorial of some kind? Bavaria?

It is an SS memorial: what unit for? And location. Clue: the location is in the home country of the unit.

It was blown up in 1945.
