    I thought the wreck was classed as a war grave and shouldn't be disturbed, or am i missing something?...

    I think as there was no penetration of the wreck then there is no disturbance.

    The bell was found away from the wreckage, and has been recovered. It will be displayed as a permanent reminder to those who lost their lives.
