I need help of this document
Hi
I recently purchased this document from the Spanish Civil War. Was awarded the campaign medal to someone (a soldier, I think), but I can not identify the language in which it is written and therefore I can not identify who was granted.

Someone can help me, if only to tell me what language is it?

The document is Spanish. What I would like to know is what language is the handwritten name. Not Spanish

The script appears to be German, but I cannot read it.
