No, it unified them ! And quiet some other people as wel. But French was the common language to be spoken by all!

Yes, I have to admit it ain't easy.Grant got one thing right, "they " are Belgian and I can add; ment for over-sea troops. I think it must be difficult even to the Belgian among us.
