Have to agree with Paul , have seen some of the trailer , over done crap ,and a shame to Brad Pitt in the movie , i generaly like his acting . Im half way threw watching a Russian movie called Shtrafbat , all speaking in Russian , but excellent acting , uniforms , and gear , cheers Raymond

Strafbat is also not a big true, I would recommend to find the subtitles for that film. There a lot of new and good Russian films which I've watched with a big interest

I have always liked Tarantino movies. This is his genre of flick - don't go see this thinking it's a ww2 movie....it's not. He's a director that always has a flair for the ultra-violent, in your face plot. He's actually quite popular with the US movie star bigwigs: John Travolta, Bruce Willis, Kurt Russell to name but a few and now he's worked with Pitt.
I'll rent it for the sake of seeing another Tarantino movie - it certainly won't be for any ww2 content!
