A new Aussie one of WW1 "Beneath Hill 60" is out, though I'm yet to see it.
BENEATH HILL 60 - a WWI feature film - Captain Woodward MC - WW1 Tunnelers
Lot's of good films being mentioned on here....Not sure if they were mentioned, but below are some of my favorites:
WWII
Hell in the Pacific - The ending just makes sense to me...
The Big Red One - When Lee Marvin looks into the camera after the new guy blows off his balls - Classic!
Kelley's Heroes
The Great Escape
Enemy at the Gates
Miracle at St. Anna
Inglourious Basterds
Vietnam
Full Metal Jacket
Apocalypse Now
Platoon
Hamburger Hill
Casulties of War
Deer Hunter
Modern War
Black Hawn Down
Hurt Locker
These are some that aren't necessarily war movies, but are semi related:
Jacobs Latter
Shock Waves (awesome zombie flick about Nazi Zombies )
Brothers
Tropic Thunder
The Reader (chick flick, but well worth watching!)
Apt Pupil
Marathon Man
I could probably go on and on, but I'd say these are the ones I've seen multiple times and when on, I have to watch...
