laminated deactivation certificate is it valid still ?

hello

with my new gun i got a laminated deac cert i did not think mutch of it at the time but now i am wondring if it is still valid as there is a raised stamp on it withc can not be felt however san still be seen ?

Hi alex,
I wouldnt think to much about it mate, it,s still legal i have one here for a 303 long branch and it was covered in oil but still cover the rifle.
