    I also read the English Russia article when it came out, I totally forgot about the movie after that. Thanks for reminding me! Looking forward to seeing it, I hope it will be better than the other movie named "Stalingrad", and it propably will.

    I'd like to see this one. Isn't this the second Stalingrad film for Kretchmann? Great actor!

    Yes Luke , he was in the poor 1993 Stalingrad film.

    I guess I'm in the minority here. I always liked the poor 1993 Stalingrad film.

    I also liked it, the gritty realism of it was as I imagined the conflict and the sheer desperation of those involved came through so I can forgive any shortcomings it might have had.
