Odd map of the world and Europa (the text is in German)

I am in Berlin atm and previously today I picked up this small map on a flea market and a larger map from 1940, but I have trouble dating the small map.

My question is, in what year was this small map made, ca.?
The map itself say nothing and I can't get things to add up..


My leads are:
Germany was divided as shown in 1918. (Europa page
Northern Ireland became a country in 1921. (Europa page)
Iraq had the flag as shown from 1921-1958. (World page)
China got that flag in 1928. (World page)
Israel chose that flag as a naval flag when they founded the nation in 1948. (World page)
UN adopted that flag in 1947. (World page)
Finland's borders were as shown after 1940. (Europe page)


The French West Africa federation was no more after 1960. (World page)
Union of South Africa was renamed the Republic of South Africa in 1961. (World page)

Perhaps sometime 1948-1949 - 1948 was the year that Burma became independent (see flags) and 1949 when the new Communist flag for the Peoples Republic of China was created, replacing that shown here. I am guessing that the pre-1938 borders for Germany are shown because the border with Poland was not formally agreed until 1950 (with East Germany) and 1990 (with Germany as a whole).

That Version of the Canadian Flag was used from 1922 to 1957 as it has the Green Leafs.
