Hi guys, yes its truly an historic moment in that the head of one particular chicken has been removed and obviously this in some ways makes up for past atrocities committed, but please remember that this is a forum where politics should not be aired, im all for retribution, but discussions on such can lead to some very heated debates and before we know it, its turned into a free for all against religious cultures and discrimination creeps in, perhaps not intentionally, but it only takes one unguarded comment and were left with the stigma that has crept into other forums, we should not forget that our troops are still fighting in our corner and hopefully they can return to their families soon, that would truly be an historic day

The "egyptian crud" is Ayman al Zawahri. A really ugly turd that is #2 in alqaida.

I'm with Ian. Fantastic news, long awaited and a good job done by the U.S. Forces. Is there definite proof yet?

I'm with you and Ian too, I won't really believe it until pictures are released or some actual proof other that a report about a fire fight that was meant to have involved Osama Bin Laden's death. Theres just some things that don't really seem right about it to me, you would think that the body of the former most wanted man might be held onto for a short while to prove to the people like myself that whats in the news is the reality. Its just a little bit fishy that he was buried at sea so soon after the operation...... If it is true, I'm glad he's dead. Just a shame there are plenty of other nutters out there ready to follow what his life revolved around.

Why did they had to tell the world he was killed.
I really hope that no American will get killed for revange.
Because the president wanted his poll numbers to go up.
