the letter is send to Mss Lisein from Huy

the letter says :

He ask also news from Mss Bousnane-Pirlot ( who lives ) 16 rue Bettonval Wanze lez Huy. If she doesn't live anymore at this adress, contact Sir Dumont - 51 chaussée de Tiirlemont à Antheit -, he maybe can gives informations. You can also contact the rexist office from Huy or Ciney ...

Above: St. Barbara was the patron saint of the Polish Underground during WWII so was also chosen as symbolic of the resistance by Solidarity against the Polish communist regime.

Above: a symbolic reference of the Solidarity movement to the Polish anticommunist Poznan rising of 1956. Under the Polish communist regime it was often illegal to discuss openly such events in Polish history in a period when all typewriters had to be registered and numbered by the Polish communist authorities and owning an unregistered typewriter or duplicator was a criminal act against the state for which prison sentences were imposed.

Thank you Taka, the Solidarity movement produced a huge variety of these civil protest badges which people wore at some personal risk of reprisals by the communist authorities, until the movement became an unstoppable tide that swept the communists out of power.
