I'm guessing from the multiple items some people have posted, "best" is not being defined as a singular item?

I usually play by the rules, but it was a really tough call on which was the year's best. Ultimately, I did id the KZ helmet as my "best", but I really wanted to share the DD Trannie as well. Sorry lol. Jim G.

Chopperman also posted multiple items, and it's his thread, so I just wanted to ask before I beat myself up over which was the "best." As usual, I have a "best" for several categories: helmets, uniforms, photos, awards, etc.

I thought about that myself when I posted 2 items.
I just could not pick which one was the one.

So please go ahead and post your best 1 or 2
items. I would prefer not to see a dozen pics
by one person or of the same piece.
Remember--sometimes less is best.

With all of that being said--This thread is off to a good

This was my acquisition of the year gents I have never been so stoked about a helmet it is a wonderful all original example of a near mint HSAT that retains all most all of its original dark brown paint and textured finish the net has left an impression on the exterior of the shell
The liner is a 1944 BMB and is in a nice large size of 7 3/4 .

Since the ok was given to post two items this would be my other favorite this year a nice unissued 44 dated Canadian Dispatch Riders helmet.
