    A job lot I bought including BD revolving shank type and plastic GS buttons and a few that I showed earlier.

    Nice selection Jerry are the BD revolving shank style buttons the ones that are center right that look to be pinned .

    Gday all,
    Here's a rare little beastie.
    Early WW1 New Zealand Volunteers tunic button. Made in Great Britian by Wilkinson Sword.

    I just love the history of the NZ fighting man. They certainly punched well above their weight in two World Wars.
    Erwin Rommel stated the Kiwi's were the best combat troops he faced in North Africa in WW2 and their first war reputation was every bit as good as the first AIF.
    Hope you like it.

    I will post some WW2 Australian examples maybe later tonight.
