    Here you got die's of buttons.
    Pickard of London was a well know die maker in the 18 hunderds.

    Thanks very much Kris the detail to the scroll and crown are excellent on these to examples . Just waiting on the buttons from Ben as soon as they get here I will put your parcel in the post.

    I love the patina on these buttons are they copper by chance or are they a brass button with a very deep patina.

    Thanks Mark. Pretty sure they are brass. Will take another look when i get home tonight for ya. They had a box full of these at the antique shop for $1 each. Pretty good price

    I was thinking maybe they were painted black originally maybe to stop reflection and now after all these years the blacks worn off?

    Antique Mall and one from Ebay. Are you also storing
