i am trying to find outhow much an EK2 is worth with the ring stamp 86, with ribbon VGC, thanks.

Dave,
It won't be an '86' as this maker - Paulmann & Crone - never marked their EKs. It will most likely be a Souval - '98'.
Check it out against the example(s) posted here and if possible, please post some photos in the Third Reich awards forum.
The value, if genuine and a Souval, will be around £70 give or take.
