Im out with my St John Ambulance unit this year, so no regimental beret, but my Voluntary Medical Services Long Service medal will be worn, and, if I can get away with it, my ex HM Armed Forces badge. (SJA are funny buggers when it comes to wearing "non SJA" items!)
