    Items can be sold through a handshake...and a location. Nothing against dealers...but the tax man has a light shining on them and all who enter.

    In the US, income is income......technically, if you have a rummage sale, mow someone's lawn, sell an item on ebay or win $2 on a scratch off lottery ticket, you Still have to report it as income....
