Shipping German Militaria to France

I've never had a problem shipping to any country, knock on wood. But, I preface all of my for sale items with the condition that seizure by any customs agency is at the risk of the buyer. Typically, if customs seizes an item, it's not coming back to you. It then belongs to the government and is usually destroyed. US customs is big into looking for Cuban cigars on flights from the Caribbean, as some Caribbean Islands still buy and sell with Cuba.

I have sent a lot of items to France but I have had two items in the last year that took about a month to be delivered.

I recently had a helmet that I shipped to Moscow on Oct. 18 show back up on Feb 23. It had the correct address but no reason it wasn't delivered. I had sold him 2-3 other helmets with no problem.
