    One thing I like about buttons, especially the British ones, is that they have the same detail as the regimental cap badges, but are way easier to store in large numbers. Space needed for one cap badge can accommodate 5-6 buttons depending on size, of course. I see you have a little of everything Kris.

    I do Tom.
    I have Police, tram and buses, trains, boats, sport clubs, any entreprises buttons, nobility, governement....you name it.
    It is incredible to see how many different buttons have been made for Belgium alone, from the late 1830's until, more or less, 1960.

    Don't tell me about it. I've had hundreds through my hands over the years, especially when buying lots and I'm always amazed by the variety and quality of these items, but apart from the German stuff, I don't really collect them. Have sent you a pm.
