These are the Hugo Jaeger images on the Life Magazine/Google website. Jaeger worked for Heinrich Hoffmann (who had a firm devoted to Hitler's images which made a fortune for him and Hitler) and sold his colored slides to LIFE magazine at some point after the war.
LIFE published these in the 1950s. I grew up with these images.

The scene above with the soldiers and flags is the bridge at the end of the Tiergarten before the Berliner Technische Hochschule, on what was the Charlottenburger Chausee and which is rebuilt as the Ost-West Achse, and in the cold war is renamed the Strasse d. 17 Juni. It goes from the Brandenburg Gate to Charlottenburg, and passes the technical university.
I have passed this spot five hundred times in the last twenty five years, but without this decoration in the spring of 1939.
