Some kind of army helmet (2000+) - Any idea's? :)

Hello all,

I have had this helm for about 10 years, it was given to me by my dad who in turn got it from a German who worked in some unit for German Police. (Which I would find weird cause of the coloring?)
There are no inscriptions or anything, the helm itself feels hard-plastic-kind-of.

I have tried to find some information on the internet but I have been unsuccesful so far.

So what are your thought's?

What I mean is if you look under the black liner I think it will be white foam.

I'm amazed, I didn't even realise it was there. Exactly, there shall be foam!
Looks like it's specially made in China!
