Tryptophan
Happy Thanksgiving everyone as this chemical,,"tryptophan" has laid waste to my eyes,,and being full doesnt help the matters eitherNow the menu is lay on the couch and fall asleep to football. Anyone else experiencing this chemical??

Yep--Did the big meal with all the in-laws. So now I am back at home and
going to just spend the evening with the wife and maybe watch a movie.
A nice day of family and friends but now it's time to relax.
