Has anyone had any dealings with UK Militaria? http://www.uk-militaria.com/home.php

They sell items at 70% discount, which sounds to good to be true but some items look pretty genuine to me and some look dodgy.

Can anyone confirm the authenticity of the dealer?

I've bought from this guys site (the above address) , and apart from being a little slow posting out my purchase there were no problems.

Right scrub that then , apart from his O.K. to trade with no problems as far as I was concerned, if you still have any doubts just drop the guy an email and double check.

It does seem expensive. if they didn't offer 70% off they wouldn't sell a thing!

I think there in lies the answer to your question 30-70% off marked price, would approximately brings the items down to there average retail value, of course I'm not implying anything in the above statement just pointing out the obvious.

For some reason this springs to mind, but when "Burtons" was still a family own concern and called "Burtons the tailors" they used to do a winter sale of 10-15% of the marked price, however they used to add 10-15% on to the goods before Christmas and then discount the lines in the new year. (true marketing genius)
