Considering that the UK Government blocked a ring belonging to Jane Austen (I think) from leaving the UK after being bought by a US celebrity at auction I am very disappointed that they didn't see fit to do the same with this flag.

lets wait and see guys,also on the same theme,there is buried, a admiral who was a young man who fought at trafalgarhis grave is in a perlious state as the local council dont care.its in a so called conservation area of the church grave yard.very ornate but disappearing in trees and grass.ST Marys in Bexley village.it needs help.
