If you paid via paypal and it is within 45 days of the purchase you are protected , open up a paypal case and you should have no problem getting your money back. If it is after 45 days then sadly it is not possible to file a claim with paypal. I have seen lots of these on ebay especially the totenkopf fake double decal wrist watches , fingers crossed there is a happy ending to this one.
