We have them for a few reasons. Insurance purposes and traffic Police (ДПС/DPS) collecting moneyWhen you have a car crash here all vehicles involved will have to stay at the place of the crash, which causes lots of car jams. In Denmark we just exchange insurance info etc and move the cars out of the way.....
