Ade,
Those look much better, I have had another look the small tin is Stamped MB-2-41 and the large MB-6-42. I don't see any firm mark unless that MB is the firm?
Regards
Jock

Hi Jock, yes, "MB" is the Metal Box Co.
Forgot to mention, the book with the sketches and painting looks really nice.
Cheers, Ade.
Ade,
I will get some more of the prints from the book on here, some are very good, some are crap but they were all done by serving personnel, I will put them in the art section and scan them if I can make it work.
Jock
Hi Jock, thank you for the larger scans of the card. I'll see what I can read from the card as soon as I can. At this exact moment, I am being forced into typing replies one finge at a time thanks to my Cat Shasta, who is sleeping on half of my left lap and on part of my left arm-with her head and front legs curled up in my left hand ;-)) As soon as she wakes up. ill be able to look closer at the card-my eyesight aint as good as it used to be-so I have to lean in close to the screen to read anything. ;-))
