I can't believe everyone's jumping on the 'Outrage Bus' over this guy. Maybe the gas mask filter has been correctly sealed.....and if not, who cares??? The guy's an idiot anyway and the human gene pool is better off without people like him.

As far as the grenade goes, well it ain't gonna go bang whatever you do with it, it's a practice smoke grenade.....

Quite frankly, a German Greengrocers is more lethal than that.
