    I recently purchased this medal on eBay as an unknown medal, I have looked on google for it but have had no luck. In the enamel is written "Famam Extendere Factis" which is a latin Virgil quote meaning to extend fame through deedsunknown medal.jpg

    IMO I Hope you didn't pay more than a £1 for it. Sounds like a medal for Alsop High School which is a community secondary school in Walton, Liverpool. Unless of course your a scouser, then it's priceless.

    its not a school medal, I know that much the school just use that quote for their motto
